Men’s Ministry Event: Steak, Fire, and Theology with Chase Davis

Join us for an evening with Chase Davis on Tuesday, June 2 at 6 p.m.

We’ll gather around the fire for a simple meal and an open conversation. Steak on the grill, chairs around the fire, and time to talk. This will be an informal setting designed to encourage honest discussion and real fellowship among men.

Chase Davis is a pastor at The Well Church in Boulder and author of Trinitarian Formation and the forthcoming Offensive Christianity (Founders Press). His work focuses on recovering a biblical vision of discipleship and masculinity in the life of the church. He speaks with clarity and conviction, and he knows how to connect those truths to everyday life.

The evening will center on a live Q&A. No formal program. No long sessions. Just questions, conversation, and time together.

This is open to men of all ages. Bring a friend if you’d like.

Love Life Prayer Walk – Saturday, October 11

  • Walk to Planned Parenthood, 728 S. Beaver Street, York, PA

Event Description:

As part of Love Life Adoption Week, we are joining together for a prayer walk in York. This is not a protest or demonstration—it is a peaceful, prayerful gathering of God’s people. We will walk together to Planned Parenthood, lifting our voices to the Lord on behalf of unborn children, parents facing crisis, and our community.

Love Life exists to unite and mobilize the Church to create a culture of love and life. During the prayer walk, we will quietly intercede, asking God to save lives, bring gospel hope to families, and strengthen His Church to stand boldly for truth.

Dress for the weather, come with a heart ready to pray, and join us as we seek the Lord together.

Twists and Turns VBS uses stories from the life of Peter to help kids see that they may take 2 steps forward and 3 steps back in life, but it's never "game over" with Jesus. Kids will play their way through VBS while learning that Jesus guides them through the ups, downs, and zigzags of life. He helps us know His ways and teaches us His paths. (Psalm 25:4) Following Jesus changes everything!

One-Day Men’s Retreat

Join us for a day of teaching, fellowship, and hands-on activity designed to challenge men to embrace their God-given calling to lead in the home, church, and world.

We’re honored to welcome C.R. Wiley as our guest speaker. A pastor, author, and cultural commentator, Chris is known for his bold, biblical teaching on manhood, household leadership, and the recovery of Christian culture. His books Man of the House and The Household and the War for the Cosmos have helped countless men reclaim a robust vision for ruling their homes well. He brings decades of pastoral experience and real-world grit as a former builder, professor, and businessman. Chris also co-hosts The Theology Pugcast and serves on the boards of New Saint Andrews College and the Academy of Philosophy and Letters.

The setting will be casual and offsite—featuring a firepit, axe throwing, a woodworking project, good food, and time to connect with other men in Christ.

Whether you’re a father, young adult, or just beginning to think seriously about biblical manhood, this is a chance to grow stronger alongside your brothers in the faith.
